Randall’s Plaque and the Prevention of Stone Disease
Researchers are working to decrease or eliminate Randall’s plaque (see inside circle), a mineral deposit in the kidneys of patients with calcium oxalate stones. This strategy is intended to target the earliest events in stone formation.
